Ryan Thomas Cloe is a professional voice-over artist with 12+ years of experience working across commercial advertising, audiobook narration, animation, and corporate e-learning.
It started in Beijing. In 2013, Ryan was teaching English for English Tone when he began recording audiobooks and marketing material for them — his first real taste of professional voice work. That spark stayed with him.
By 2022 he made the leap into part-time voice-over, building his client roster and studio setup alongside his other work. This year he went all-in — and hasn't looked back. Based in a fully equipped home studio, Ryan delivers broadcast-ready audio on any timeline without the scheduling friction of a traditional recording facility.
Beyond voice-over, Ryan is a lyricist for The Local Superheroes — a group with several albums available to stream on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, YouTube Music, and Bandcamp. That musical background informs every performance: a sharp sense of rhythm, phrasing, and how words land on the ear.
